For breakfast this morning, Corrin made fried egg and avocado sandwiches on sourdough. I couldn't eat so soon after waking up, so nibbled my egg and made us late while photographing the stunningly spring-colored avocado. Toasted sourdough spread with mashed avocado is a fantastic wrap-and-go breakfast, though.
I posted the Project 365 photos taken through today over at Flickr, but had a tough time choosing today's photo. Breakfast Avocado won out over the street snap of LIU, below.
