Protected by a break for those who prefer not being spoiled (though this was last week's episode, so really, what are you waiting for?!), though that protection won't be imported properly into external feeds.
- So, Ziva and Tony are sent to escort the only material witness in a high profile case from Paris to DC. A U.S. Marine turns up dead and, in just moments, is discovered to be serving as a hitman. And despite all of this knowledge, Ziva I'm-as-likely-to-be-betrayed-by-my-own-brother-or-father-or-lover-as-by-a-stranger-and-am-thus-obsessively-unable-to-trust-anyone-without-triple-background-checking-them-including-my-partner-who-saved-my-life-at-risk-of-his-own-more-than-once-and-whom-I-sort-of-love-when-I'm-not-too-busy-hating-him David doesn't become even the least bit suspicious of any of the people serving in positions that she should trust and whom she's never previously met? Seriously? She doesn't even think to run background on the U.S. Marshall or flight crew before take-off? Those staff are final-confirmed 45-minutes prior to boarding, which takes a full 30 minutes for international flights of that size and can be stretched as necessary, which is more than enough time for Abby and McGee to work their magic. Characterization, please.
- LOVE the photo of Ziva, although the style screams "surveillance" rather than "crime scene." Tony is equally good at both.
- Regarding "we'll always have Paris" -- I thought the lady doth protest too much. Again, characterization. Ziva isn't one to overreact to casual questions about her personal life. That said, I called the Gibbs/Jenny parallel when Tony pulled up beside her on the moped, and appreciate every second of it.
